Carlo Pellegatti, a journalist, spoke as follows on his YouTube channel about Markus Krösche’s candidacy for the role of Head of Football at Milan:
“One requirement is that of Krösche. My colleague Matteo Moretto, with whom I disagree, speaks of a Hardung who should arrive alongside him, having always been his right-hand man. From what I understand, however, if Milan appoint Krösche, they will bring him in alone for now. Then, possibly, as I have already told you once, when Krösche gets to know his collaborators in depth and understands whether there are different needs, he may ask Milan for other people he knows well. However, as a starting point, Milan would like Krösche to get to know his collaborators better and then possibly make his requests. That is why it seems to me that, for now, he should come alone, if he comes.
“I am told that there could be issues related to taxation, or some say that he did not want to bring the group of people I have just mentioned; others say that he needs to be convinced by the project. I had told you that something should happen between Sunday and Monday, within four days, and I believe that Milan will not wait much longer for Krösche. I may be able to inform you further: a few days ago, I was told two days, whereas I understood it to be four, but in any case, it should happen this week. Having Krösche is essential for Cardinale, for Calvelli, for their three or four collaborators, for Milan, for the players, and for the role of head of the technical area.”
