In today's edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the newspaper sheds light on the profile of Dusan Vlahovic of Fiorentina. The striker has impressed as he scored more than 20 goals in this season in Serie A. The player is said to be a mercato target for the Rossoneri and other clubs in Europe as well.
The newspaper reports the words of the striker released in an interview to Serbian outlet MozzartSport:
"The rumors of the transfer market? I open the sites to see the main news, but I don't read the news about me. I jump right away. Anyway, I see myself at Fiorentina, I have another two years on my contract and on July 7th I will be in Florence for the meeting."
"Fiorentina is not a small club, but it is a great club in Italy. Overall, these last few seasons have not been good, but Fiorentina are a top club. It is very nice to play and live there, especially as it is the only club in town and therefore everyone cheers for you."
"Gattuso? We are talking about a world champion, he is a coach who never gives up. He is a great motivator and is hungry for wins. I can't wait to meet him", concluded Vlahovic.
