AC Milan is interested in signing Sampdoria's talented left-winger, who is also capable of playing as a playmaker, Mikkel Damsgaard.
The Danish player impressed with his talents and abilities. However, signing him will not be an easy task for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara for two reasons.
The first obstacle that is in Milan's way to acquire the services of the young talent is that, Massimo Ferrero, who is Sampdoria's owner, requests a big fee around 30 million euros to let Damsgaard leave.
Moreover, Milan now faces a tough competition from two big clubs that are equally keen on the right-footed 21-year-old Dane. In fact, Tuttosport confirms that Spanish giants FC Barcelona are keeping a close eye on the situation while Serie A rivals Juventus also are interested.
However, it remains to be seen if these two clubs would be willing to please Sampdoria's owner by offering him the money he requests for Damsgaard.
