The first training of the week for the Rossoneri included Giroud, Maignan, and the return of Ante Rebic from vacation.
According to the official website of the club, the training was started this morning at Milanello, where the team showed up for breakfast before heading to the dressing room. New Rossoneri Mike Maignan and Olivier Giroud also took part in training.
Training began in the gym for some muscle activation and strength work; the team then made their way onto the raised pitch behind the dressing rooms, where they continued their warm-up with some rondos.
The training session continued with the team divided into two groups that carried out specific work on ball possession. Following that, a series of technical exercises preceded a match on a reduced pitch which ended today's training session.
Tomorrow's program will see the team meet at Milanello for breakfast before engaging in a double session.
