AC Milan have been reportedly linked with a transfer of Argentinian young talented star of River Plate, Julian Alvarez who has a contract which is set to expire in December 2022.
The player is liked by many European clubs as his profile is highly sought. He is a striker but also capable of playing on the right wing.
According to sources at Argentinian outlet, TyC Sports, a meeting was held between River Plate's directors and Julian Alvarez' agents.
The aim for the management is to renew their star's contract for a season or two in order to avoid losing him on a free transfer once his contract expires.
