AC Milan directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have expiring contracts at the end of the current month of June. As per different reports, their renewals should come eventually. However, an agreement is not yet found.
According to the latest report in today's edition of Corriere della Sera, the fundamental issues with the two Italian managers is that they are still working on having more competences and operating margins within the club so they can speed up some mercato deals and not lose time. This is what the main focal points of the negotiations is. But, no one at Casa Milan expects twists and turns, the impression is that in the end there will be renewals.
It is clear, however, that until the signatures of Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara arrive, every negotiation will remain frozen, starting with those already concluded, such as the permanent signings of Alessandro Florenzi and Junior Messias on discounts.
