Not long until the end of the current transfer market window and the AC Milan management are yet to make a new signing in defence and midfield.
Focusing on the defensive department, Calciomercato.com pointed out today that Milan have now added the name of Chelsea's player Trevoh Chalobah to the shortlist with Abdou Diallo of PSG and Tottenham's Japhet Tanganga.
Trevoh Chalobah, brother of Nathaniel (who played in 2015/2016 for Napoli and is currently at Fulham), can play as a central defender and also defensive midfielder. But, there is an important competition for him. In fact, Inter and German club RB Leipzig are interested in signing him.
Inter, in particular, have even held contacts with the entourage of Chalobah.
For a temporary operation to go through, the Blues are requesting 3 million euros for the loan fee. The player himself likes the destination of Italy. AC Milan could have the advantage in this deal as they had business before with Chelsea in deals for Fikayo Tomori, Olivier Giroud and Tiémoué Bakayoko.
