Serie A side Juventus, mired in a state of corporate difficulties, are scouring the market for a new sporting director to bolster their ranks ahead of the next season. The Bianconeri, in fact, are studying a move that is aimed at complementing current director Federico Cherubini or potentially, replacing him altogether.
As per reports from Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, various scenarios are being mulled over, including the prospect of an internal appointment - where the current Under-23 manager, Giovanni Manna, is said to be the frontrunner.
Another avenue being explored by Juventus is the possibility of an external recruit, with Napoli's Cristiano Giuntoli or AC Milan's Frederic Massara both being under consideration.
