"Tonight we weren't good enough. Now we have the game on Tuesday. Today was crucial, but on Tuesday, there is another battle."

"If I knew how to solve the problem, we would be in a different position. We have had a lot of difficulties in these games. It's hard to explain why. Today we weren't good enough. We need to improve. In the first half, we had our moments and their moments, but we need to be more dominant, we are Milan. Then they scored a goal from a set-piece: that's football. But we should have closed it before."
Did the previous derby affect the game?
