AC Milan's French goalkeeper, Mike Maignan, has a contract which runs until the summer of 2026. Next season, therefore, the situation could be a little complicated as many teams will be keeping a close eye on him, to see if they can snatch him from the Rossoneri club.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports of a meeting between Milan and Maignan's agent in recent days: the topic is the renewal, of course, although negotiations have not yet gotten underway.
The publication has suggested that the goalkeeper, given his globally recognized strength and his importance within the team, might demand a salary of up to 8 million euros to 10 million euros.
That's three times and a bit more than what he currently earns.
