"San Siro per tutti": the goal of the project is to open all Rossoneri events and digital content to all our supporters as part of the Club's RESPACT manifesto for equity, diversion and inclusion
AC Milan and Ente Nazionale Sordi (ENS) (the Italian National Agency for the protection and assistance of the Deaf) signed a partnership to allow deaf fans to enjoy all AC Milan events and digital content through the subtitling and translation service in the Italian Sign Language (LIS). The initiative, which is part of the broader corporate social responsibility program of the Rossoneri Club, is one of the projects designed to ensure the very best stadium experience for blind and visually impaired, deaf and disabled fans.
In Italy there are about 44,000 deaf people, half of whom are members of the ENS. Through the "San Siro per tutti" project, AC Milan wants to virtually open the stadium to all its supporters and break down all forms of barriers or social prejudice. The combination of sports and hearing impairment was developed in 1924 with the launch of the silent sports movement and the foundation of the CSSI (Comitato Sport Silenziosi d'Italia - Italian Committee of Sports for the Deaf). Sports has a uniquely unifying power for the deaf culture and community and strongly fosters inclusion. Thanks to the special initiative launched by the Club an even larger number of fans will be able to experience, passion, enthusiasm, sharing and other unique Rossoneri emotions.

"We are proud to collaborate with the Ente Nazionale Sordi and I wish to thank them for their readiness to help us in finding the best solutions to allow deaf Rossoneri fans to fully enjoy AC Milan digital content."
The Chairman of ENS Lombardia, Renzo Corti, said: "I am delighted to announce the launch of such an exciting collaboration that is going to allow a wide range of deaf AC Milan fans to enjoy the Club's events and digital content through the subtitling and translation service in the Italian Sign Language. This is a very important milestone that will enable fans to follow AC Milan national and international pre-and-post-match interviews and press conferences without barriers. Our objective is to please the Rossoneri deaf fans who have always followed their favourite team as well as all deaf Italians who love football!"
Awareness, Education, Prevention and Collaboration are the four pillars of the RESPACT Manifesto which sets out the Club's vision and furthers its commitment to sharing the positive values of sports and to inspiring a number of key stakeholders to drive awareness and change in the world of football name of inclusivity, openness and responsibility.
