On Sunday against Milan, Aurelio Andreazzoli, coach of Empoli, will have to do without Simone Bastoni, who suffered an injury during the last match against Cagliari.

"Empoli Football Club announces that the instrumental tests undergone by the player Simone Bastoni, who exited during the last match against Cagliari, have revealed a medium/low-grade injury to the femoral biceps of the left thigh. The athlete has already begun the rehabilitation process with the club's medical staff."
Former Spezia player, Simone bastoni, who is 27 years old, has made 9 appearances for the club this season so far. He mainly plays as a left-back, but can also play in midfield.
