Luka Jovic arrived at Milan on the last day of the last summer transfer window as the first alternative to Olivier Giroud.
After a very disappointing first part of the season, so much so that there was already talk of his possible departure in January, the Serbian has unlocked himself and started scoring with a decent consistency.
But it's not certain that this will be enough for him to earn confirmation for the next season, as reported this morning by the Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport.
In fact, Luka Jovic's contract expires on June 30th and the hypothesis of renewal has once again moved away. The former Fiorentina player has been useful, but never truly reliable, as per the source.
So far this season, the player in question, who is 26 years of age, has managed to score 8 goals (and also provided 1 assist) aftr 874 minutes played in total across 22 matches in all competitions. Five goals were scored in Serie A, two in Coppa Italia and one in the Europa League.
