Ex-Milan target Luka Jovic, who made his way back to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt during the last week, had actually rejected some bigger offers to rejoin his former club on loan from Real Madrid.
According to Bild, the Serbian striker had turned down AC Milan's proposal, thinking that he would not have much game-time with the Rossoneri as it was the case with the Merengue, since the Serie A leaders got in their ranks a 39-year-old Zlatan Ibrahimovic who looks stronger than ever.
Moreover, Jovic who had a successful debut in his second spell with Frankfurt, refused two other offers coming both from Premier League clubs Wolverhampton and West Ham, who are running out of solid attacking options due to the serious injury of Raul Jimenez, and the sell of Sebastian Haller respectively.
