Speaking to Sky Sport, Peppe Di Stefano took stock of the Rossoneri squad in view of the match against Bologna, valid for the 20th fixture of Serie A. Here are his words:
"Tomori is a player with enormous personality, despite his young age. This is probably one of the reasons why Chelsea have decided not to deprive themselves of him. On Saturday, he will play as the starter next to Romagnoli since Kjaer will be absent."
"Calabria returns to the right and Tonali recovers in midfield, who is very likely to play alongside Kessiè, because for Bennacer, even if he will be there, the return will be quite slow."
"There is no risk with Brahim Diaz. Saelemaekers is competing for a starting spot with Castillejo. There could also be room for Rebic on the left flank in the case that Leao is to be moved to play as attacking midfielder behind Ibrahimovic. The alternative is that Krunic plays with Rebic on the bench and Leao on the left. The third option is the most romantic one: attacking midfielder Daniel Maldini."
