AC Milan are reportedly keen to strengthen the defense, in particular, the wide defensive area of Stefano Pioli's team. The starters there are Theo Hernandez and Davide Calabria on the left side of the pitch and the right side, respectively. But, the club wants to add more certainty by adding backups.
Two names that are heavily linked with the Rossonero club are Junior Firpo, Barcelona's 24 year-old left-back and Diogo Dalot who spent a dry loan season at Milan already.
As reported by today's edition of Tuttosport, at the moment neither Manchester United nor Barcelona seem to be open to the loan with option to buy transfer formula that Milan proposes.
However, both players are convinced that they want to move to Milan so there is still room and time to negotiate with both Spanish and English giants.
