AC Milan wants to confirm its run of overall good form that made them reach the second place in Serie A standings. The way to do that is by making careful targeted transfers that will improve the squad for the Italian technician Stefano Pioli.
It seems that the Rossoneri managers at Casa Milan plan to do some shopping at Real Madrid as they are eyeing up potential transfers of three players.
First of all, there is the talented attacking midfielder Brahim Diaz who spent a good season loan with the team already in Italy. Negotiations are progressing with Los Blancos and some details remain to be finalised in order to file the deal and complete it.
Moreover, there is Dani Ceballos who spent a loan of two seasons at Arsenal. The Spaniard, 24, could be a valuable asset for Il Diavolo as he is liked by the board.
Then, for the defence, there is the 25 year-old Spanish right-back Alvaro Odriozola as newly-appointed coach of the La Liga giants has placed him on the transfer list. Frederic Massara approached the entourage of the wide defender, who have opened to a move to Italy and Serie A football. He could come on loan with option to buy.
However, Diogo Dalot seems to be the favourite of the management to be playing on the right side of the pitch, alternating with Davide Calabria.
The Portuguese talented left-back of Manchester United, who turns 23 in March, expressed his will that he wants to stay further with Milan. However, the Red Devils rejected a first Rossoneri proposal: loan with the buy-option set at 15 million euros. Instead, the English club prefers a permanent sale to bring cash immediately.
