Simon Kjaer was injured in the last game with his national team against Wales as they won 4-0 and passed on to the next round of the Euro cup. The central defender of AC Milan had to exit the pitch due to a muscle problem at around the 77th minute of the game.
However, it seems that there is no reason for concern about the centre-back's condition as he should be able to be regularly available for the next game.
In fact, confirmation comes from Denmark's national team's coach Kasper Hjulmand who said the following words:
"He has not suffered a serious injury. I expect Simon to recover and be fit for the quarter-finals already."
Finally, Milan fans and Danish fans, equally, can have a sigh of relief as it seems that there is nothing serious going on with Kjaer's muscle problem.
