One of AC Milan's stars, and the reason for a great run in the Serie A campaign last season is the French flying full-back Theo Hernàndez.
The player has been a protagonist in the 4-2-3-1 system operated by Stefano Pioli. Theo's contribution and efforts are clear and it made PSG really keen to sign the player.
According to what has been reported by Tuttosport, PSG has set its sights on the fullback. In fact, Leonardo has submitted a first offer to Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara which was worth 40 million euros.
However, the offer was returned to the sender. It was a clear no from Milan because Theo is very important to the club's project and also because the 40 million euros fee offered does not seem a fair assessment for the defender's profile.
