The Rossoneri squad, under guidance of coach Stefano Pioli, got back to work earlier today to prepare for the new season.
Training resumed today after a day off, as the team returned to Milanello for lunch before heading to the dressing rooms to begin today's session. Today, however, there was a welcome guest – Alessandro Nesta. The former Rossoneri defender followed the entire session along in the company of sporting director Frederic Massara.
After muscle activation in the gym, the group continued their warm-up with a series of physical exercises on the pitch. Then followed a series of ball exercises in between the cones and low hurdles. Afterwards, there were some possession and finishing drills, before ending with the usual training match on a shortened pitch.
Tomorrow there will only be one training session, scheduled for the morning.
