After a defeat against Liverpool last night in the Champions League, the Rossoneri are back to Milanello in order to prepare for the next fixture against Juventus in matchday 4 of Serie A.
Those who started yesterday’s match did recovery work in the gym. Meanwhile, the other members of the squad warmed up in the gym and then took to the central pitch, where they started off by doing rondos.
Technical drills with a focus on shooting followed, after which a practice match on a small pitch brought things to a close.
The Rossoneri will hold an afternoon session tomorrow.
