AC Milan's young talented goalkeeper, Andreas Jungdal, granted an interview to Bold as he talked about his experience in Italy and with the First Team. Here are his words:
"I fell in love with the city. I feel at ease. I made friends through some teammates and it is important to make them in a new environment. It was very difficult at the beginning."
On Kjaer:
"It's nice to speak Danish with Simon: I feel comfortable. I watch him a lot in training. He is the captain of the national team and he is generally a player you admire a lot. I watch a lot how he leads his teammates and how he behaves. on and off the pitch"
On Maignan and Donnarumma:
"Mike is a goalkeeper who gives a lot in training. He constantly tries to tell me his opinion on certain technical-tactical circumstances, and this is fantastic for someone like me. He comes from a completely different culture than mine and his way to be a goalkeeper is very different, for example, from that of Donnarumma. I learned much of the technique from Gigio. Mike teaches me more about the mental and the physical aspect, because he works on it more than Donnarumma did."
On Maldini and Pioli:
"They told me that I must always give 100%. It is the mentality I have to work with. As soon as you reach these levels, you need to give 100% at all times, but it is not always easy."
