AC Milan are evaluating the path of the team so far this season as they could choose to move wisely in the transfer market window. The idea is to find the right profiles who can give a helping hand to the squad of Stefano Pioli.
Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have confidence in the team and intend to intervene only if opportunities present themselves.
According to the latest news from Calciomercato.com, Premier League striker Alexandre Lacazette has been proposed to the club management in the recent days. His contract expires in June 2022. However, this track is not really 'hot' for the Italian giants due to the high salary of the French forward as he earns currently around 9 million euros at Arsenal.

Another attacker is also on the agenda: special attention to Luka Jovic. The Serbian striker could be an option for Paolo Maldini who can try to use his excellent relationship with the Real Madrid management and officials. In fact, according to the source, AC Milan remain vigilant to the attacker's situation who is represented by agent Fali Ramadani. There are no real negotiations now at the moment, however, because the idea is to wait for the return of Ante Rebic and Olivier Giroud from their respective injuries and see where things stand by then.

An investment in the attack may be postponed until the summer of 2022, unless there are deals at a bargain price for Julian Alvarez of River Plate in Argentina or Agustin Alvarez of Penarol in Uruguay.

Unfathomable display and Pioli’s mistakes cost Milan valuable points again
