Gerry Cardinale arrived to Milano hours ago and went into a hotel to meet with AC Milan leaders Paolo Scaroni and Ivan Gazidis.
The RedBird number one boss is said to have already signed the agreement's paperwork with Elliott Management for the transfer of the majority of shares (70%) to him while the rest (30% remains with the hedge fund of Paul Singer who already chose three key figures to remain as part of the board of directors).
As per Sky Sport Italia, the meeting, which took place in a hotel in the center of the Lombard capital, ended already some time ago. At the moment, renewal is expected for the technical area, given the great results of recent years; the deadlock is due to the fact that expiring contracts are usually renewed by the new owner.
