Rafael Leao has some important options for himself as he caught the attention of multiple important European clubs thanks to his qualities which he displayed in the latest season.
The Portugal international has interest coming from Premier League champions Manchester City. The idea is that he can be the replacement of Raheem Sterling. Coach Pep Guardiola is a big admirer of the AC Milan forward. But, in any case, there is a 150 million release clause on the star with his contract being valid until June 2024.
As for any contract extension talks, there is no agreement found yet with AC Milan. The first bid that was sent was worth 4.5 million euros net per season until June 2026. But, it was rejected by Rafael Leao's entourage. The Rossoneri management, however, do not want to lose him and are preparing a new bid.
