Italian Journalist ClaudioRaimondi of SportMediaset spoke about AC Milan's mercato moves regarding the attacking midfield target Charles De Ketelaere. Here are his words:
"Yesterday's meeting in Lugano was not decisive because the two clubs are firm on their positions. Club Brugge continue to ask for 35 million euros and Milan reiterated that they do not want to go beyond 33 million euros plus a percentage on a future resale. An update can arrive by the weekend. Either one of the two parties gives up or the deal risks falling apart."

The SportMediaset journalist added:
"If there is no change in their current positions, Milan will leave the De Ketelaere track on Monday to turn heavily on Ziyech. Time is running out as Monday will be August 1st and the Rossoneri's championship starts on the 13th."
