Jean-Pierre Papin, former AC Milan striker, was interviewed by Sportweek which is a magazine of La Gazzetta dello Sport released on Saturdays. Here are his words about his compatriot Olivier Giroud:
"Giroud has Milan in his heart like me. This summer, I heard from him and he told me he was immersed in Milan: 'Here I feel great, when I score a goal I do it first of all for the fans'."
Jean-Pierre Papin added:
"(Olivier) Giroud was impressed by the history at San Siro and I understand it."
