Croatian head coach of Dinamo Zagreb, Ante Cacic, spoke to the media in today’s press conference in view of his team’s game against AC Milan. Here are his words:

“We are waiting for a big match. It is ‘big’ because a great team is coming: Milan. I’m happy and proud because another show awaits us. Milan are the favourites. But, we want to please our fans. We have to give our all. If we can do it, and with a dose of sporting luck, we can get the desired result.”

On the team’s condition:

“The situation in the team is good, everyone is available. This is our 26th game this season, and it is a great success that we have so many healthy players.”

Cacic on what his team should do differently after the loss at the San Siro:

“We have to be more courageous. Be more vertical. We have to be focused for 90 minutes at the most. We saw in Milan that we can play against them. The players are aware that there is not a drastic difference in quality. and that if we give our best, our chances increase.”

On Rafael Leao:

“We have to do everything to shorten the space for him so as not to use his speed. We have a demanding game ahead of us, I hope to see a brave Dinamo.”

Cacic continued:

“Chelsea played in Zagreb, now Milan is coming. We are not a bucket to kick around. Something we have all learned, after four rounds everything is open. Everything says that Dinamo is good, I want the players to play with joy and without problems.”
