In the lead-up to the summer transfer window, AC Milan are reportedly looking to let go of one of their players in order to generate some needed revenue.
According to what is reported by Calcio Style, the one who is on the transfer list of the Milanese directors is Croatian forward Ante Rebic who is 29 years old. The Croatian forward has been plagued with injuries, making it difficult for him to maintain a consistent presence on the pitch and perform at his best in the league. Moreover, Rebic has expressed a desire for more playing time, which is currently elusive due to Rafael Leao's quality and importance to head coach Pioli's system.
As per the source, in the event of sale, AC Milan would like to receive around 15 million euros as a transfer fee. That amount of money would be re-invested in the transfer market window of the summer to fund some moves.
Rebic has a market in the Bundesliga, among other leagues, but has also received an offer from Turkish outfit Fenerbahce. The Turks, in fact, are also keeping an eye on Atalanta's Mario Pasalic. For Ante Rebic's part, though, he has turned down the opportunity to play in Turkey as he seeks more challenging opportunities to advance his career.
