The dream is alive and well, dear reader. History has been made as AC Milan Primavera have found themselves among the top four youth teams in Europe for the first time. The Rossoneri came away with a decisive 2-0 win against Atlético Madrid in the quarter-finals of the Youth League, with goals from Stalmach and El Hilali sealing the deal. A place in the final act in Nyon is now secured.

Come April 21st, Coubis and his comrades will face off against the victor of Borussia Dortmund versus Hajduk Split for a chance to secure a spot in the final on April 24th. The result is nothing short of exceptional and a testament to the incredible growth of a group that has truly been one of the great stories of the European season since the group stage.

This momentous victory brings the Rossoneri Primavera‘s European season victory tally to six, with yet another clean sheet – the fourth in a row in all competitions. The performance was nothing short of perfection, with a solid and cynical first half followed by a mature and creative second half as they expertly controlled the game with their lead. Applause is due to everyone involved in this exhilarating ride, from Coach Abate to every Rossoneri player.

This historic afternoon has left the young Rossoneri ready to plunge back into the league season with gusto. Next up on the docket is a demanding away match in Empoli on Sunday the 19th at 13:00 CET, before the international break. Let’s see what the future holds for these talented youngsters.
