AC Milan are gearing up for a really tough April month as they will have to play a very important part of their season in the three scheduled matches against Napoli.

The red and black faithful, in fact, have the chance to reach the Champions League semi-finals and will also have to chase fourth place in the league standings in order to guarantee a spot in the next Champions League edition.

Without qualifying for the next Champions League, in fact, the summer transfer market of the Rossoneri could be slowed down without the major revenues which come from the elite European competition. But, the hope is secure qualification and then look for the right reinforcements in the market, especially to revive the struggling attack. According to what is reported by calciomercato.it, (relayed by PianetaMilan) AC Milan could try to go shopping in Spain for the striker.

The name on the list is Alvaro Morata, former Juventus striker. He has limited playing time at La Liga side Atletico Madrid due to Memphis Depay, and could therefore return to Italy. AC Milan, for their part, could be interested in the next transfer window, perhaps with a not too high price and demand.

The Spanish centre-forward Alvaro Morata is 30 years old and has played throughout his career with Atlético Madrid, Real Madrid, Juventus and Chelsea. This season, he has netted 12 goals and provided 3 assists to his teammates in 35 appearances across all competitions. His contract with the Spanish club expires in June 2024.
