AC Milan's focus in the transfer market is on the young talents who can be unleashed and as Geoffrey Moncada gets a bigger say in the transfer market sessions, it makes sense that the club could now be considering making an attempt to sign one of the most exciting talents in France this season, Arsenal's loanee Folarin Balogun.
According to what is reported by Daily Mail, Balogun may be set to leave Arsenal as two Serie A rivals are on him: AC Milan and their cousins from the other city of the city, Inter.
Balogun will return to the Emirates this summer once his loan deal expires with Stade Reims in Ligue 1. The centre-forward who was born in the United States of America has a contract with his parent club, Arsenal, until the summer of 2025. This season, he has scored 22 goals and provided 3 assists in 39 appearances across all competitions.
"Given Gabriel Jesus is Arsenal’s first-choice striker, there seems little hope of Balogun overtaking the Brazil international next season. Eddie Nketiah is also at the club. He is entering the final two years of current deal with Arsenal and the Gunners, albeit reluctantly, will give serious consideration to selling Balogun ahead of next season."
