AC Milan are looking to sign a centre-forward who can be a valid alternative to Olivier Giroud in the new season. Many profiles have been linked with a move to the Rossoneri, such as the former Chelsea and Real Madrid player Alvaro Morata.
The 30-year-old Spaniard who currently plies his trade for Atlético Madrid is pushing to return to Italy. According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, a meeting between the senior figures at Milan and the representatives of Morata is not ruled out during this week.
His former club, Juventus, are interested in signing him again. However, AC Milan are reportedly in the lead at the moment to land the experienced striker.
