AC Milan's transfer window in the summer was a busy one. But despite signing 10 players into Stefano Pioli's squad, it seems that there are still a few areas to be further reinforced.
Among the positions that must be reinforced soon, according to what was recently reported by those at Calciomercato.it, there is the right-back position.
Four names on AC Milan's list, two from the bundesliga, and two from the Serie A.
In fact, there are several names on the shortlist of Geoffrey Moncada, starting with Kiliann Sildillia. He is 21 years old, French and plays for SC Freiburg. His contract with them runs until the summer of 2026.
Another name from the Bundesliga is American right-back Joe Scally who turns 21 in December 31st. He is plying his trade for Borussia Monchengladbach on a contract that is valid until the summer of 2027. He is American and is familiar with Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah in the USA national team.
For AC Milan, there are two more right-backs on the shortlist, however, and they are in the Serie A. The first is Stefan Posch, a 26-year-old Austrian player of Bologna. He has a contract which is set to run out in June 2026.
Finally, Valentin Gendrey that is the other profile being followed. He is a 23-year-old Frenchman palying for Lecce. His deal runs out in 2024 with Lecce having an option to extend it by two years.
