Former AC Milan full-back, Sergino Dest, had a terrible match with the USA national team as it ended prematurely for him due to a red card in the first half.
During the match between the United States and Trinidad & Tobago in the Concacaf Nations League quarter-final return leg, he was sent off at the 39th minute of the first half due to excessive protests towards the referee.
The full-back lost his temper after a questionable throw-in decision, first kicking the ball away and receiving a yellow card, then subsequently blowing a kiss to the referee, earning himself a second yellow card.
As he exited the field, you can see his teammates frustrated and even angry at him for leaving the team with a numerical disadvantage. Trinidad & Tobago scored the equaliser minutes after that red card and scored their second goal, and match winner in the second half. The match ended in a 2-1 victory for them against USA.
