Last summer, there was a race in the market for Davide Frattesi, who ultimately chose to join Inter despite interest from almost all the big clubs, including Milan.
The former Sassuolo midfielder spoke about his decision to join Simone Inzaghi's side and commented on the Rossoneri's interest.
Here's the statement which he entrusted to the microphones of La Repubblica:
"How close was I to Milan? I never knew anything about it. My agent asked me: where do you want to go? I had already answered last May: only Inter. I decided after playing against them. A very strong team, with a great coach and a magical fanbase. I didn't want to listen to anything else."
