During the Gran Galà del Calcio event, Hakan Calhanoglu, Inter midfielder, gave an interview to Sky Sport 24, discussing the title race.
Despite Milan's early-season gap behind the leading teams, Çalhanoğlu still included the Rossoneri among the contenders for the Scudetto.
What did Calhanoglu say?
"Of course, we always want to win and be as high up as possible, but it’s not easy. We’ll always try; we’re all still in it, and we want to win the Scudetto again. We’re doing well in the Champions League, and we have a big, very tough and difficult game coming up against Leverkusen."
He added:
"Title contenders? Napoli, Atalanta, Milan, Juventus—they’re all dangerous. They’ve strengthened, and we know that, but we’re only focused on ourselves."
