Shortly before Inter Milan’s open training session at the 'Arena Civica' in Milan, Nerazzurri president Giuseppe Marotta took the opportunity to thank the fans in attendance with a long speech, during which he also made a pointed remark towards Milan and the pride of the Rossoneri supporters. "I am very happy and proud to have you all here on this day that must celebrate an extraordinary achievement, the double triumph of the two trophies won. [...] We are the city’s team, the only club that has two stars in the city of Milan, and this is a source of pride. Always forza Inter and thank you for your presence."
