During the latest broadcast of 'Calciomercato L'Originale', Gianluca Di Marzio spoke about the completed deal that will bring Gonçalo Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain to AC Milan.
Here are his words:
"It's a request from Amorim; Ramos is one of his trademark signings because he has known him since their time in the Portuguese league. Milan also tried to sign him last year in the final days of the transfer window. He was already on the shortlist of Tare and Allegri as well, so perhaps the contacts had already begun."

"Milan capitalised on the fact that the player wants to be a key figure and play regularly. Then there's the Cardinale factor: today he was at Casa Milan to finalise the Gonçalo Ramos deal."
