Juventus move beyond initial contacts, Milan remain in exploratory phase
Among the interested clubs, Juventus are said to have held the most advanced discussions with Bologna. During talks between the two sides, the possibility of including Fabio Miretti in the deal was reportedly explored, a move that could have reduced the overall transfer fee.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Milan have instead remained at the exploratory stage, seeking information on Bologna's valuation and financial demands without opening formal negotiations.
Bologna value Lucumí at €20–22 million
With the €28 million release clause no longer active, Bologna are now fully in control of the situation. Although aware that the Colombian defender's contract is approaching its expiry, the Rossoblù believe a valuation of between €20 million and €22 million is fair.
The final asking price, however, will depend on how the transfer market develops and on any offers that arrive over the coming weeks.
