Mario Gila may not be the only defensive signing made by AC Milan during this transfer window. The Rossoneri are reportedly looking for at least one more addition to strengthen and complete Ruben Amorim’s back line ahead of next season.
In recent days, the name of Gonçalo Inácio has once again emerged as a potential target, but yesterday another name came to the fore: Jhon Lucumí, the Colombian centre-back from Bologna, whose valuation is believed to be around €25 million. However, Milan are not the only club monitoring the former Genk defender, according to this morning’s edition of Il Giorno, which ran the headline “Transfer derby between Inter and Milan” for Lucumí on the lower section of its front page.
The defender is also reportedly a target for Juventus, as well as several English clubs.
