Today, AC Milan met with Fenerbahçe in Milan to discuss Rafael Leão. The Turkish club travelled to Italy to assess the feasibility of a potential transfer. At the moment, there are no concrete developments, although further updates, including between the two clubs, are expected in the coming hours. Meanwhile, Leão is due to arrive in Perth tomorrow to join Ruben Amorim and the rest of the Milan squad.
On his X account, 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' journalist Luca Bianchin shared his thoughts following the meeting.
"An exploratory meeting took place between Milan and Fenerbahçe regarding Rafa Leão. Fenerbahçe's representative was in Milan to understand the scale of the deal. A fee of €40-50 million would be required for his transfer. Galatasaray remain in the race, and a final decision is expected later in August."
