In today's edition, La Gazzetta dello Sport leads its Milan section with the Rossoneri's concrete interest in Roma winger Matias Soulé. However, according to the newspaper, the alternative to the Argentine would also be one of his compatriots: Franco Mastantuono.
The report describes him as "the 18-year-old wonderkid whom Real Madrid, following a recommendation from José Mourinho, have decided to send out on loan in recent days after a debut season in Spain in which he was only used sporadically."
Milan have been tracking the Argentine talent since his dazzling performances at River Plate, and his name could now return to the forefront, as Italy is said to be Mastantuono's preferred destination if he leaves Real Madrid on a temporary deal.
