Lele Adani posted a video on his 'X' profile where he discusses AC Milan's new coach, Sérgio Conceição.
Here are his words:
"Sérgio Conceição has nothing in common with Paulo Fonseca. If anyone has said in these hours that they are similar, same principles of play, same human nature, same communication, no. They share their country of origin, Portugal. My opinion is this: he has nothing in common with Paulo Fonseca. Conceição is also someone who can be a bit moody at times, irritable, someone who, if you catch him on a bad day, can overturn the locker room and even complain about the blades of grass, almost out of principle."

He continued to talk about Sergio Conceição:
"He’s a contrarian, and he transfers this nature to the team, which becomes rebellious and alive. This also extends to his straightforward tactical approach at the start: the two physically strong forwards must move, press, track back, and attack the space. No allowances are made for anyone. The wide players work as a unit, the midfield offers both quantity and quality, with support and sacrifice."
Adani continued:
"He has nothing to do with Paulo Fonseca, who leans more toward possession play and positional football. No, Conceição knows how to transition, wants pressure, and focuses on ball recovery. Then, there’s been a natural evolution, as great coaches adapt and learn to use different types of formations. He knows how to adjust, but his core is highly temperamental—both as a person and in the football he reflects."
