Is there a genuine desire (and ambition) from the club to try to give Amorim a player of that calibre?
"Cardinale changed his approach during the summer, as everyone noticed: he stopped delegating and began taking action himself, not just making decisions, after speaking with his working group. Gonçalo Ramos shows that some of the club's previous parameters have changed, and there is a real desire to demonstrate that they can do things well."
