AC Milan First Team worked today at Milanello under the watchful eyes of Paolo Maldini, the technical director, and Frederic Massara who is the sporting director of the club.
After activating the muscles in the gym, the players headed out onto the pitch to continue the warm-up with a few rondos and a series of technical exercises. They then worked on tactics for the main body of the session.
As usual, the team played a game on a reduced pitch to conclude training.
Today is the penultimate training session before tomorrow morning's work.
