Today, AC Milan continues the path of Serie A with a match at the San Siro grounds against newly-promoted team Venezia.
Milan will face its opponent while plagued with injuries. However, coach Stefano Pioli still managed to make a couple of changes to keep some players fresh and rested.
Here is the probable lineup to the squad, according to what is reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's edition:
In goal there will be Mike Maignan. Then in defence, Pierre Kalulu will be on the right. As centre-backs, Alessio Romagnoli will start along with Matteo Gabbia who will replace Fikayo Tomori. Theo Hernandez will occupy the left defensive flank as usual.
As for the midfield, Sandro Tonali continues to get plenty of minutes as he is set to start next to Ismael Bennacer. Pioli's choice on the right-winger settled on versatile full-back Alessandro Florenzi. Brahim Diaz will be in the middle behind the striker who will be Ante Rebic. As for the left lane, Rafael Leao will be starting there.
Venezia on the other hand, are set to play with a 4-3-3 formation. 36-year-old Finnish goalkeeper Mäenpää will start. In defence, there is right-back Mazzocchi, former Milan player Mattia Caldara as centre-back paired with Ceccaroni while the left-back should be Molinaro. In midfield Peretz , Vacca and Busio will be taking the field. Up front, Aramu will be on the left , Henry is the centre-forward and Johnsen will be starting on the right wing.
