Inter overtook AC Milan in the league standings yesterday after winning against Cagliari 4-0. The goalkeeper, Samir Handanovic, who celebrated taking the lead and the clean sheet talked this way to the media after the game:
"It is always important to win regardless of the results of the other teams," he told the Nerazzurri club's official channels. "Today we wanted to send a signal both to the opponents and to ourselves."
Handanovic continued:
