AC Milan have to deal with the puzzle that is currently Franck Kessié's contract renewal. His entourage is asking for close to 9 million euros, as per Gianluca Di Marzio while the club directors are willing to offer somewhere around 6.5 million euros. Both parties are not willing to change their stances and meet each other halfway.
This is why the club management has been on the hunt for a replacement who would take over from Franck Kessié for the next season: Renato Sanches.
According to what is reported by Corriere dello Sport in today's print edition, new contacts are expected between AC Milan and the Portuguese super agent Jorge Mendes for two aspects: first the renewal of Rafael Leao, and then the possible transfer of Lille's star Renato Sanches to the San Siro.
