Former Inter defender Marco Materazzi was interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, inevitably discussing the ownership change of the Nerazzurri club, bidding farewell to Steven Zhang and passing to the American fund Oaktree.
Here is what he said:
"It's regrettable because Suning has built and achieved so much. The positive thing is that it seems the same management will remain, also because it would be a fatal mistake to change it. Inter is doing well not only on the sporting front. And then, even at Liverpool, a fund came in and then won everything possible."
Materazzi says Milan's mistake won't be repeated at Inter...
"Oaktree will confirm the management, they won't make the mistake Milan did with Maldini and Massara."
